ActOne ArtsBase runs vibrant all-ability dance, theatre and arts projects all over Hertfordshire and the surrounding area.

We work in inclusive spaces where everybody feels valued. We create inspiring performances of dance and drama with people from all backgrounds, whatever their abilities.

Our goal is to make the performing arts accessible to all, regardless of disability or circumstance. Using this approach, we break down prejudice and barriers to participation for hundreds of young people.

DanceBase Hemel Hempstead and Stevenage

ActOne now runs DanceBase in Hemel and Stevenage! For all of you who could not make it to our Ware and Hatfield DanceBase sessions you now have two new ones to choose from. DanceBase is an inclusive dance training workshop for children and young people aged 5- 19. DanceBase Stevenage takes place every Thursday at Leys School and DanceBase Hemel takes place at Woodfield School every Monday. We also still have places in Ware and Hatfield. You can attend weekly dance training in a supportive and fun environment where you will meet new friends and take part in annual performances at Campus West Theatre.
